1. About Court Palette

Court Palette publishes NBA game recaps as colour-swatch videos on YouTube. The Court Palette app is a publishing tool, used only by the channel owner, that uploads these videos through the YouTube API Services.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The Court Palette app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Court Palette Privacy Policy, and Google’s in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. The videos and statistics

Recaps are made from publicly available game statistics (NBA.com and Basketball-Reference). We work to get every number right, but the videos are for information and entertainment, are provided as is, and may contain errors. Please do not rely on them for betting or other financial decisions.

4. No affiliation

Court Palette is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBA, any NBA team, Google or YouTube. Team and player names are used only to identify games; all trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Content

The design, graphics and videos are owned by Court Palette. You may share links to the videos, but not re-upload or sell them without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Court Palette is not liable for losses arising from the use of the website, the videos or the app.
